Longtime follower(s) of this blog may have noticed that there have been *some* changes around here recently. Mainly the fact that every image used to give context to my reviews have been completely removed and replaced with a terrible original drawings of little faces that I think encapsulates my current inner turmoil. Not to mention how all of my Aesthetic Hour posts have been taken down, as well as some of my old posts.
Why? Well, I’m a big weenie, and even though any use of images are for the purposes of review – not to mention I’m not even sure if the copyright holders even have registered copyright in my jurisdiction, I wasn’t sure if any overzealous algorithms might strike down my blog because of the inclusion of such images.
Well, you know what they say – better safe than embroiled in (costly) legal trouble, so this blog should be safe from any copyright robocops now. And whilst I was neck deep in the archives editing things, a deep, stomach-churning feeling of cringe overtook me, and I decided to fix things up a little bit whilst I was there. So yeah, some of my old posts have been edited a little, and I’ll be re-uploading some posts with better writing.
To be honest, I don’t know what to do in the meantime. I’ve drawn up my own little original artwork to represent the full spectrum of my limited emotional expression just so the search page layout looks a little less terrible, and every review will link to the actual YouTube channel with something related to the thing I’m talking about to help readers visualize my subject, but I know it looks kind of…empty now.

I’ve changed the layout and am looking into public domain resources. I’ll try to keep everyone updated.
